Design a panel-size mosquito-zapper - repost

You know those handheld rackets/bats/wands that you wave around to zap mosquitos? I want the same thing in a large panel size (like 4-6' wide and 4-6' high) so I can have several in the yard or on the deck to automatically kill mosquitos, over a much larger area, without my having to constantly wave a wand around. So the job entails: (1) Design the panel. That is, figure out what parts are needed and how they should be put together. (2) Source the parts (i.e., tell me where I can buy them). (3) Provide detailed instructions, simple enough for a layman to follow, so I can assemble the panels. (I'm competent with hand tools and a friend can handle any soldering.) Please don't send me your resume, generic marketing material, or attachments. Instead, speak specifically about the actual project posted here, to indicate that you actually read the actual ad and that you're capable of doing the work (especially the bit about sourcing the parts).
