I have recently designed several Blue tooth products using Nordic and TI devices NRF 8001, NR51822, NRF52832, CC2541, CC2564 and the Laird BL600 and MDBT40 hybrids. Is it a single device for a personal purpose, student work or a prototype for industrial manufacturing? Some moments in design may be various for that different cases.

As per my understanding, scope of this project is to design a device, which can transfer the accelerometer data to smartphone/PC over BLE. This can be a type of activity sensor/speedometer. This would require an accelerometer, MCU (BLE SoC - nRF51822, etc) and power management circuit. I am happy to say that I have designed similar projects in past. I will also help with firmware development and prototyping. The cost for prototyping and shipping will be additional (to be discussed).
