Hi, I have had many years experience in electronics design, and product design. I have the skill set to design and verify the product you are proposing, however a few questions leap to mind:- With the dimensions given I assume you are thinking of a coin cell as the power source, if thats the case your 'access' door will need to be at least half the diameter. The control part of the design is straight forward enough but the 7mm thickness might be a challenge as the leds, switches and the power cell are relatively bulky bits, and you still need to allow for the enclosure. Without knowing how the devices are to be used is a little difficult to offer alternative approaches. As your intention is to have them mass manufactured in China you will need full documentation including Gerbers and BOMS, and from prior experience it would be well worthwhile having a physical prototype. Hi, Please share your complete project details(like datasheet of the enclosure, max supply input, already selected components, etc)/task expected from us. We have done a similar project for an industrial application using Cree LEDs. About us: We have 10 years of experience in Product development. Micro-controllers we can work on PIC, STM32, PSOC and AVR and also we have all the development kit and instruments available with us. For PCB design we use KICAD v4.
