Develop prototype assembledboards from block diagram (5 pcs)

We need to design schematic (with BOM generation) and PCB from a block diagram. Then we need to get prototypes manufactured. The circuit board essentially is the connector board. It consists of connectors like VGA, HDMI, 4xUSB, 12V power, RJ45, Audio connectors, etc. RJ45 manetics are also on the board. All the i/o are then routed to a single ribbon connector. That is all the functionality of this circuit board will be. Exact block diagram will be provided to short listed freelancers. The free lancer must identify the right BOM components, create schematic, design PCB, get it fabricated, and source the BOM, assemble the board, test and deliver in prototype quantity. All need to happen in the span of 2-3 weeks. Thanks.
