this seems like a simple enough circuit to build. I would like more information though, maybe I can figure out a simpler way of solving this? I would need to source parts first (this must be paid by you), this takes a bit of time. but once the parts are all with me, I will gladly build the circuit with my own equipment for you to test if you are happy

I am an electrical engineer with 20 years experience in all phases and task related to circuit board design. I can handle the soldering and assembly. My nephew has a raspberry pi and an Atmega processor available and would help testing the design. I put 10 days, but that is just because I really need to know more details. Perhaps we can do it faster. In my nephew and me, you have a solid team that can turn this as quick as possible.
