Hi! I have had the same idea as yours a few month ago. I've successfully solved it, and can share my solutions with you. I already have 3d models ready for 3d printing. I have solutions with fixed and detachable wires. Also i have 2 prototypes, one based on balanced armature driver, another one on dynamic driver.
