Add spanish language version to my website, not necessary to speak Spanish

My existing established English website needs to be also in SPANISH/ESPANOL. This is a latin dating site that has been established for nearly 3 years and ranks on page 1 google searches in its category. It does not appear on any searches in spanish. Its not necessary to speak Spanish, I will provide translation of static pages and Database Fields. This is a MYSQL database, Linux operating system on a dedicated server. The shopping cart and automated order system are all in English, and the ADMIN panel is in English as well- The coder would have to propose a safe and effective method to integrate the new spanish version to the current database/checkout system/shopping cart. The ADMIN PANEL will remain the same, in English. The ADMIN PANEL is all in English, and the Orders come through via the current system/shopping cart in English. If someone were to access the SPANISH version of the site, and proceed to add profiles to cart and checkout in SPANISH, how would have to be sent to the Spanish customer in his native Spanish language. The coder must be able to do testing on his own server without risking and harm to the site code or database.
