Create a Facebook page(repost)

I need to attract as many people as possible to a new social networking application. The minimum is is 10000 fans, If the page reaches 70000 by the 15th of september, everyone who has becomes a fan would be entered in to a draw, to win a phone worth 230 USD. The winner can choose to either get the phone or the cash price. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform I dont think i would be able to get a fans e-mail address if they just become a fan, so they would need to become a fan, and also you would need to create something, where they can enter their details, and if they win, i should be able to contact them. You have t spread the word, on different blogs and forums, because if it does not reach 10000 fans by the 15th of september then the project would go to arbitration, and you will not get any money. I have a facebook page, but have lost the details, so you have to create a new page. I will prove all the info
