Create professional resume and cover letter

Hi Freelancers First and foremost, if you are not a native english speaker please do not quote. If you are not capable to write at a technical and professional level please do not quote. If you have no experience writing resumes and cover letters in a professional capacity please do not quote. I am a mechanical engineer with 5.5 years experience in the Australian mining industry with a large international mining company. More recently I've spent 1.5 years travelling without work. I am looking for someone to take my recent resumes and cover letters and create me a new, modern resume, targeted at getting me a professional project management position or senior project engineering position within the mining, energy or renewable energy industry. The candidate must be up to date with the latest in resume/letter writing (for the Australian job market). The work will likely involve a Skype interview or similar for the Freelancer to learn about me and help build the resume. I will supply two recent resumes, and two recent cover letters to prospective applicants. I will not be blinding providing this information with the tender.
