Develop a ESD Test Station based on Raspberry Pi, with RFID and API Call

I need you to develop an ESD Test Station based on a Raspberry Pi which will make an API call to a webservice which will log the information. The hardware for later products will be manufactured by us. We will make a plastic casing, wrist strap connection point and the mounting. What we need from you is the schematics and wiring plan for a Raspberry Pi and the hardware as well as the bill of materials and the documented software source code. You need to test the functionality with a sample device which you will have to physically send to us. Once the mockup hardware prototype you sent us works in-house according to the specification, the project is completed. Setup in Raspberry Pi: - Configuring the Wifi SSID and Password - Setting the API endpoint Function: - User scans RFID chip with integrated RFID reader - User now has 30 seconds to perform test (display on small display) - Connect wrist band and step on footwear test plate, push the test button - If wrist strap and footwear resistance is not too high or too low send message to API with user RFID chip, test time and measured values. Display "test OK" and give positive audible feedback of success. - If wrist strap or footwear resistance too low or to high don't pass test
