Need Dispatch Support for a Chennai ( India ) Based call taxi company . The following are the requirement 1) Support to be provided from 3.30AM IST to 10 PM IST 7 days a week 365 days. 2) Should have necessary infrastructure in place like ( Desktop , Internet connection , Telephone) 3) Knowledge of Chennai location would be an added advantage 4) Should be able to increase the utilization of drivers and increase revenue with less wait time. 5) Allocate trips to drivers 6) track drivers to see successful completion of trips 7) Ensure 70% availability of drivers 8) Escalate issues as per SLA defined to Smilescab
