I went through the sample file and I believe that you need to generate data as in sheet "table", taking input from the other 2 sheets. (along with a confirmation dialog and the dates). I have a very good hold on excel and have completed similar projects before. I can do this task within 3 days (earlier if required). Thanks

I can do it for you right now. 1) I will do it with VBA embedded in MS Excel with a timer to do work automatically and a button for you to generate what you want by one click. 2) Questions:Which part of data in the file will be entered by the staff?
