Cleanse and format geo JSON data set

Hello, I have a 60MB dataset that maps Australian suburbs, populations and geographical information (lat/lon geometries). The problem I have is that the format of the geoJSON I am using does not load into my mapping tool (Global Mapper v17) because there are some problems with the CSV version of the Excel datasheet. I need someone to cleanse and format the data so that it loads the geometries correctly into Global Mapper, whilst retaining the other data (suburb name, population etc.) to use as map labels. You don't necessarily need experience in spatial data modelling or Global Mapper, but your end result must load correctly and retain all existing data. Since it is such a large file, I will upload it to the successful bidder using DropBox. However, I can provide a small sample if required on request. Happy bidding!
