Compare / Match two Excel files.

Do a query between two Excels files. 1st File has 157000 records. 2nd File has 2000 records. What should be done is: - Use the fields "Player Name", "Position Abrev", "College1" and "Interest1" to know, which players has been DRAFTED. For that you have to match between both files using: - In file 1, fields "Player Name", "Position Abrev.","College1" and "Interest1". - In File 2, fields "Player Name", "Position", "College/Univ". Rules: - The field "Interest1" has to be filled as "COMMITED"...don't use other rows than those which has that legend inside. If the row includes the word "COMMITED", then include it, else don't. - Mark in a two new columns called "DRAFTED" and "DRAFTED YEAR" (in the file "[login to view URL]") with a value of "YES" and "DRAFTED YEAR" all those records where the fields "Player Name", "Position Abrev" and "College1" -in "[login to view URL]"- have the same value in the fields "Player Name", "Position" and "College/Univ" in the "[login to view URL]"; and the field "Interest1" -in File1.xlsx- should have the word "COMMITED" there....not other value. Those two new columns should be created in the "[login to view URL]" to the right to the last column. I need also, a new column created in "[login to view URL]" called "MATCHED" where you have to fill with a value of "NO" those records which has not been matched in first query, and with "YES" those which has been matched. I am attaching both files to be matched: "[login to view URL]" and "[login to view URL]". Who will be hired should returns to me both files (File1 with the two new columns and File2 with one new column) compared and filled with requested values. Hope this makes sense for you.
