Convert MS Excel to Fillable PDF

We need to convert the attached MS Excel file to a fillable PDF form in Adobe Acrobat. The document is only 1 page but has many cells. Project requirements are: - Use Adobe Acrobat to create the form - If there are any errors in the Excel file they should be fixed first - The "Farge" cells should have dropdownmenu with 2 options: Sort and Hvit - The Total cells should calculate automatic Discussion: is there a way to send the form automatic by email? Possible future job: Convert the form to an individual web-form wich can be sent directly, with captcha and a few field requirements.
