Regarding your project: - in general format to format transformation is a quit simple task that would not take lot of time - in the same time there are 2 questions that require imvestigation: structute of your accountancy data in Excel file (single list of transactions ready to export or necessity to collect related information from different worksheets) and SIE format specification (my initial search gave me Swedish version that I cannot read, to get an english one they asked for some registration that I did not manage for the moment) So, speaking about working hour I would expect 10-15.
