Basic Music Notation software in AS3 with FLA and source code

Hi folks, I need a basic software for a small Music Notation software in Flash for kids. The app must run as .exe and .app on Mac and also in a web page as swf. Is appreciated the publishing from flash as APK for Android devices. Specs: It is basically an application with drag and drop. The notes and music symbols are graphic images, that are positioned in a Top Toolbar, and will be placed on the music staff (also an image or Vector image) using drag & drop with mouse (or fingers on apk version). Each note can be positioned either on the line or on a space and can be moved or deleted. Notes images can be added in future by me (even recompiling the swf, no admin panel requested). The sheet must be in A4 format, the stage view can be smaller (900x600??) but scrollable with Mouse wheel or finger. The sheet is in A4 because the score must be printed or saved as pdf (even by printer driver). The notes and the score must be visualize in medium size, since the app must be used by children. The user can add other sheets. The user can insert a title and a subtitle to the sheet. The user can choose the rows clef (Treble or bass clef). Each row begin with the clef of the precedent row. The score can be saved as file (can be a xml or json, FileStream or such as). A saved music score can be loaded for editing. Musical notes, symbol and other images will be furnished by me as png images. In the app can be integrated a virtual piano or virtual guitar already developed (must be recall as an external swf) All source files must be provided. I want a prototype with all functionality ready that I can edit to add Graphics of notes and interfaces. Thanks in advance
