Banner for Joomla site + txt

I have a web site with a static banner, I would like it to rotate between two or three images. I have text for the first image, I would like help coming up with text for the other two. It is a Joomla web site. So if you can help me install it that would be great. I will show you the site, provide the photoshop file for the current banner, as well as the layers set up for the other two images. I will also provide some of the text, I am interested in people who can be creative with the words as well as the transitions and layout of it all. I would like the flash work files in case I have to make changes in the future. I want to thank-you for responding to this bid. I am sorry that I can only pick one. BTW, I will need this by Tuesday.
