Create a Video for a Sign Language Animation

We are trying to find an animator able to produce animations of hundreds of words, letters and phrases etc to fulfill a project worth thousands of pounds (GBP) to an animator that is selected to complete that contract . In order to prove that the designer is able to match our requirements and standards, we are first placing this contest as a test bed.
