Create a Templatemonster template preview app.

Hello and thank you for your interest in this project. The attached picture is of an 'app' that does not work on my PC but, if it did, it would show a preview of a Templatemonster template as per the template number the user types in. I want a working version of this program twice as big in design as the original and branded with an image that I will supply to the project winner. I can supply the original to those who ask for it. The winner will be the person who can combine a good design with a working app at a low price and let me preview it (I cant steal it as I'll want it branded which you can do after being chosen). NOTE: I do NOT want something that is an 'add-on' to my website - I want an actual app that I can sell to people. This is a very easy project for a programmer and your bid should be sensible.
