Cartoon/Flash/Animated Website Reqired To Be Designed

I am looking for some one who can do a good flash/animation/cartoon type style website. I want it to look colourful, interesting and catchy; it is for an exotic bird website, for all parrot species. The site will have an intro page like the link above, then the home page to be same thyme, with a cartoon parrot and the domain name [login to view URL], in the middle of the page will be a navigation system of 3 nests of eggs and when mouse moves over them they hatch and raise up from the nest to reveal sections of the site to visit, which visitors can click on and go there. There will be several sections of around 6 to 8 in total; each section will need a cartoon animated parrot at the head of each section, like one section for medical needs will have an animated cartoon of say a female parrot dressed as a sexy looking nurse but with plucked chicken looking legs. This job is a challenge to you first class web developers to use your imagination when thinking up the cartoon styles, some of the sections will included sales, wanted, swaps, breeding info, welfare info, sexing info etc. and all require a comical animated cartoon parrot at the head of each section.
