Custom Flash Player Needed for homepage

Hello All, My site is [login to view URL] as you can see, the main flash player is a bit boring, here is a list of the things I would like it do which it does not do now. 1) Continuous play (after one video plays, the next loads and plays automatically) example= [login to view URL] 2) Share links below (for email, twitter and facebook)example= [login to view URL] 3) Customized Look ( I am a decent graphic designer, and I would like to add logo and color to the player) example=[login to view URL] 4)Ability to have a Short movie clip play before each video (i.e)(a 3 second clip with my logo) 5)the ability to click "watch live" and have the player stream live video, if the feed is available (On some nights I want to do a live show and have it air on the flash player) 6)admin control (the flash player I have now is controlled to through a backend admin on the site, where i can control the videos on the playlist, i will need this control for the new player as well, it does not necessarily have to be related to the existing site, but i will have to have a place to add and remove the videos on the playlist) these are the main things that I want done. I will pay with pay-pal. cheaper the better.
