ActionScript3 "SendandReceive.as"

I have a page (FlashCS4, AS3) which holds 62RadioButtons (Custom with Customized AS3). Each Button has a 2Digit DataNumber applied to it (beginning with "00") and a Label (Price of item). When a Radio Button is selected, the 2Digit DataNumber should be retreived by your script ([login to view URL]). Your Script should contain the method that will gather these 2Digit DataNumbers (5Groups x 2Digits = 10Digit Identifier no commas and no spaces). This 10Digit Identifier will then be sent (with getURL method) to the XML file that I have on my server ([login to view URL]). This file has been set up using Excel and then converted to an ".xml" file (using <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>). Your Script will send this 10Digit Identifier to the .xml file. The code will Parse the parent nodes and find the parent node that contains the users' 10Digit selection (which contains the 10 bits of information that will be retrieved and placed into the 10Dynamic Text Fields. You will be required to submit the ".as" set up with test ".xml" and test 10digit "DynamicText" pages with instructions. These will be set up on my server. There will not be a .php or .asp involved. These task should exist in canned format and will be an easy task for an experienced AS3 code writer to alter to my need. I need someone that has this knowledge to prepare the .as file for me.
