AI Card Game developer, C# 2.0

I am looking for an experienced but still relatively cheap AI developer who can re-develop an AI for a card game I have gotten made, but where the AI is limited to always play the low card and need somthing better than that. The application is written in C# and need to have build two version of AI's one for the application and secondly an AI that can run as a windows service for a future online game version - of the same game. (no hazard game involved) Generally the game will go though up to 7 rounds with different game rules. The AI should analyse what is the best card to play out from the rules and what cards there are left on hand. All players start out with 13 cards on their hands. Layout and game style is like microsoft hearts style. For AI version 1 it need to be able to handle up to 3 AI players. Bidders with references from previous works will be prefeered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
