Create a 3D desktop game based on a flash one

Hi, hope you are doing well, I'm looking for someone, some individuals with specific areas of game development or group that can develop an MMORPG(Massive Multiplayer Online) game in 3D, it can be developed in whatever technology you want to use, the idea is that you need copy the game and manage to do all of the requirements to convert it to be an MMORPG, want to convert the game to have PVE (Player vs environment) and PVP (Player vs player) in a similar way World of Warcraft do, for the beginning I need the basics to be developed, more info via PM. This may be a downloadeable game that can be only used in a PC, let me know your suggestions and if you can do this game (like world of warcraft but not such complexity of graphics). About Payments, I want to find the better way you can get paid, for now I can pay about $500 a month, I know this game takes time to be developed, but if I see great advance I can increase the payments gross per month, also pay the full project if you can deliver it really fast.
