I am starting a new gaming company/publishing company, do you have a game or the know how to make something that will sell and become popular? I am intereseted to purchase the rights to the game. Please let me know the amount you are willing to sell the game for, and after me and my team have tested it out, or have a good idea/ understanding about it, I will let you know if this is the right game for us and we will make a contract were you transfer the rights to me. I have an idea - with a level of depth that could sell numerous copies on both PC and Consoles with many gameplay mechanics and aesthetical details already designed etc. This game is based in a large genre however is in a yet unexplored niche with huge potential for both fun and beauty to be involved at once. I would not be willing to sell this idea for the lump sum alone however, I would want a percentage of the revenue. If I don't sell the idea I am going to be making this game myself once I have the funding to do so.
