Affiliate banners in various sizes

We need affiliate banners for each of the sizes listed below. Each size will have 1 static banner, and 1 lightly animated (animated .gif) version. The animated version will not need to be complex. Even glowing text will suffice for the animated version. You will be given a document with a list of promotional text and visual ideas to be used at the designer's discretion. This will not be a very involved project for the designer. Unless there is a serious issue with the work, no revisions will be needed. We encourage the designer to crop and reuse banners for multiple image sizes if it saves time. Most banners will basically consist of a stock image + overlaid promotional text, they should be very quick to make. Example: We deal with cholesterol, so one possible banner could be a stock image of a beating heart diagram with the text "Lower Cholesterol = Longer Life. Do This Now" overlaid on top. The animated version could have a few glow frames to simulate the heart beating, or a zig-zag heartbeat line that cycles on and off.
