Classified Magazine Monthly Maintenance with Great Designer/production Artist

I am looking for a good Print designer andproduction person. I have a magazine in JPG that somebody has mostly converted to InDesign format, he's not finished i might need your help with finishing the 3 pages remaining, but the work i really need is from someone who has an eye for design, little details, margins, whe to use templates/symbols, etc... someone who can automate tasks, i will need for my classifieds magazine a monthly maintenance person, to inject new data (classifieds ads to be 'flown' in the template) and ads to be inserted in the exact places where they should be. even someone who could possibly create ads given the text and photos. so anyways prior experience REQUIRED. show me what you done in the past so i can feel confortable. those trying to really get my attention, well, i shouldn't have to tell you what to do a sample of our final coverpage is attached. impress me...
