Create 125x125 ad

I need to have a 125x125 ad created, preferably as an animated GIF. The logo is attached - the text to the right (the business of healthcare) can be moved under the other part to reduce the width). This will be three panels that loop continuously in order, with the following: First panel: Seasoned professionals Real world experience Highest quality consulting services Second panel: Revenue cycle optimization Assessments Management advisory Third panel: Logo Please choose colors and fonts that look good to you and use any effects that are attractive. I'll need to get the client's OK on the final version, but they are easy to please. This is their first ad, so I want to have a nice one for them. You can use Flash if you prefer as long as it will work on my adserver.
