Brochure design

I need a four-page brochure to be designed. It will contain around 2,000 words. The company is a marketing consultancy company. The brochure is about a technical subject related; it is about a new product offering targeted at marketing managers in fast-moving consumer goods (consumer packaged goods) companies. It is to do with evaluation of packaging design using a new and innovative method of marketing research. The copy will be provided. This will, of course, in a style as written by a technical person. The copy needs to be edited to enhance its style, language, structure and potential to generate sales. I also need appropriate artwork design, branding, etc., to go with it.
