Design Packaging - Carton Container Using Existing Dieline - Need in 10 Hours

I need a designer to complete the following job within the next 10 hours. I need the final deliverables created in AI CS6. What I need is a package design using the attached dieline ([login to view URL]). I do not have the dieline in another file format. I need the design created using the same color scheme/similar colors as the colors you see used in the file named: [login to view URL] The product name that should appear on the box is: United Leisure Product Solar Heater The file entitled "high res [login to view URL]" needs to appear in the design as well, as it is a photo of the product that will be packaged in the design you're creating. Lastly, there is a file entitled "competitor [login to view URL]" - this is a carton of a competitor of ours just so you can see an example of work that we like. We like this design, but we need one created specifically for us so that it is a unique work that we can use without infringing on copyrights/trademarks. So please use the provided guidelines above to create a nice looking carton/package design.
