Company Identity/Brand Design - Creativity Needed

I need for a new start up organisation a corporate identity including: Logo Powerpoint template Email template - to be used in gmail, mail chimp, etc. A4 double sided & Tri-fold brochure design Letter head Business Card Application Form Roll up banner (80cm x 200cm) Business Type: Web Design & Social Media Company Target group: Business 2 Consumer and Business 2 Business Located: UK Acitve: UK Only Key words defining charateristics: fresh, energetic, modern, ambitious, trustworthy, Professional, Focused, supporting, new technology, Web 3.0 Guideliness for the design are: Unique design (no templates) CREATIVE and modern design Text and icon, the icon has to stand out - Also a character needs to be created to use in the business on all branding and to be turned into a animated video Colour combinations: beautiful, bold & creative We need a combinations of creative and professional 70% creative 30% professional. Formats: .ai .psd .png .pdf .jpeg The designs need to look professional and very slick. I need about 5 initial design ideas done and then as many revisions as necessary to get the right design. Needs to be fresh and no clipart etc to be used. Needs to be original and we retain the copyrights to it. We need a flyer/Leaflet done to distribute but need this professionally done to promote services, we also need this to be available in an email format, so we can use it with mailchimp etc. On all above I would like suggestions as to what the designs are best but they should represent integrity, longevity, and also something that suggests comprehensive services and should portray the identity that this must be something they must and have to be a part of. Also something that looks progressive and innovative. The person who takes on this project should have a good comprehension of english and realise that the end result is for the UK market. You should also be contactable through gtalk, skype, messenger, email etc. The main thought here is creativity. I need someone with flair and imagination.
