Design Emoticons icons x 40 small icons

We are looking for someone who can design a series cartoon emoticons for us as attached sample file. A man called [login to view URL] as the main character (sample can be found in attached),not only the series of stickers can present our company , also can be used on communication APP in the further. You will be provided the project,invited to join partnership and also enjoy profit share in the future everytime once we sold the stickers. Also, Please use the following sizes when creating the images for your stickers. All dimensions given below are in width x height format. (Please just send one sample to us to review in advance) 1.
