*See full project brief attached PROJECT DESCRIPTION Create a clean, modern, minimalist logo for a company/product involved in the adventure travel industry. Brand Name: Adventrepreneur Tag Line: "Take Your Adventure Business To The Next Level" About The Business: My name is Jonathan Rhéaume. I am a tourism development consultant (specialized in adventure tourism) launching a new online course that helps small entrepreneurs worldwide to radically grow their adventure-based companies (like rafting, skiing, adventure travel, sailing, whale watching, eco-tours, etc). OBJECTIVE The objective of this logo is to get the audience to realize and believe that they can radically grow their adventure business and achieve disproportional results if they follow the simple, effective, step-by-step, instructions offered in the adventrepreneur course (8 week online video course). BRAND CHARACTERISTICS This Is Who The Brand Is: - Smart/Intelligent - Creative - Approachable - Unpretentious - Structured - Opposite of “corporate”, “get rich quick schemes”, "online marketing secrets" This Is What The Brand Looks Like: - Modern - Minimalist - Clean, simple yet highly effective and refined - Step-by-step approach (easy to follow and understand) - High Quality/Superior product (but not luxury) - Unconventional (new way of thinking, a new approach) This Is What The Brand Can Do For You: - Make you take massive action - Get disproportional results - Radically grow your business - Take your business to a whole new level - Take your business to the next level - Focus on taking actions/results/performance - Let you live a rich AND adventurous lifestyle TYPE OF LOGO WANTED - Abstract mark: +Preferred - Pictoral mark: +Preferred - Letter Form: Preferred - Emblem: Maybe (probably doesn’t land itself well due to the name being long) - Word mark: Less interested (would prefer to have a visual component in addition to word mark) - Character or Mascott: No - Web 2.0: No LOGO REQUIREMENTS - The typeface should be clear, simple and easy to read with a minimalist feel (currently: Neometric - I like it but open to other suggestions) - The logo will be heavily used for video (intros & outros) so it must look good on pure white background - No Cartoons - No Geeks - No palm trees, islands, airplanes, suitcases, mountains, or other cliché travel related illustrations (this is not a adventure travel brand, it is a business development brand that happens to be targeting adventure/outdoor related businesses)
