Design us our corporate logo

This screenshot is a computer program in development and it needs a corporate logo which will be shared by our business of the same name. Lawsuite It’s a software package what is used by professional estate planning practitioners (Will Writers). If you wish to bid, please submit examples of your previous work in logo design or a mockup in the logo design you intend to submit. The final logo must be as BMP and of a resolution high enough (600dpi minimum) to be used for printing stationary and not just for use on the web or the software. The logo must be shaped so it can be fitted into the current design of the software in the screenshot without looking out of kilter. The corporate color is the one shown in the screenshot and I would like a logo design that goes with this color scheme. The design must be professional and present a friendly image of the company and software. Over to you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
