Android app with Junaio.com and Google translate API's

My application needs to use Junaio API in order to place AR objects and view them with the device's camera, and to be able to translate anything on the screen in any given time to any language, using Google translate API (or any other, Bing etc.). The application will insert and retrieve data to/from a MySQL DB. The general idea of the app, is that there is a database of activities built by users that are located in specific places (done on an external website not on the app), and the app shows live on the camera in AR where these activities are, and when user chooses an activity, he gets the detailing of it. If the activity is in a foreign language, the user can just translate it. In your bid please refer to whether this project is possible, and how you're going to go through with it. Please don't bid if you didn't go through or are familiar with Junaio's API, and the options there. And PLEASE don't send a long copied message saying things that have nothing to do with the proect.
