I am wanting to find out whether someone will be able to design a website for myself. I would like to have a website membership for the field of freight forwarding. My idea is that business and private individuals can post a free request to the website for freight they would like to get send such as air freight enquiries, sea freight enquiries, project logistics enquiries, personal effects enquiries, rail freight enquiries and general transport enquiries. I want freight forwarders to be able to see the requests but will not be able to contact the person making the enquiry or see their contact details until they themselves have become members (referring to the freight forwarders).
Subscription charges should be automated recurred billing each month, can use paypal for this or whatever is easiest?
