Build a Website by customizing a word press theme

I need someone to build out a website based on a Wordpress theme, but that can also customize and implement features that are not in the theme. One page, with some subpages, in the theme will be build without using the theme and have to be password and username protected. The freelancer have to be skilled enough to customize it exactly they way I want it, even tho 80 percent will be by simply copying pages that are in the theme demo. The Freelancer need to be able to edit/crop photos etc to make it fit in the theme, and an eye for design and what looks good is important. I have a lot of other projects that are similar, so I am looking for someone I can work with over time. Speed - efficiency are essential. I would need the first draft completed within few days, latest monday morning 10am new York time, and then I need quick response every time I give feedback.
