Suggested Platform- .Net .Com - Web site will be fully responsive and CMS based - All the process of the website will go on like the ordinary job portals for uploading CV, registering as user - for the video their can be given a option record your CV option while an applicant is making his account. - Instead of voice data system for questionnaire dictation, we can also serve a written questionnaire with an option given at the place of answer "Record Answer" -Once the user clicks on record answer, the webcam will option for recording answer where he can record his answer - One by one user can record all the answer and when he clicks on submit, the videos will be uploaded on my website under a particular user's account. (However, you have to advice an alternative like youtube to reduce my cost in buying space for such videos) - When the registered employers check for the talent, they will be shown those applicants' account where they can see their answers for different questions with their videos under respective heads like in Youtube- Heading which will be question and underneath will be the video. - You can add more ideas as per your experience. More innovations are welcome. Please Note: It is a startup for me. I will be investing from my own pocket without expecting a penny as revenue for at least one year.
