Build a Website

Hello I want to build a WEB BASE PAYROLL APPLICATION The HR manager should signup to create company then signin to access database and generate payroll per month or twice per month depending on HR manager selection at signup. The HR manager should be able to enter employee info manually or upload from Excel [login to view URL]: Employee name, address, phone, email, sex, rate hour or fixed monthly salary, Hire date, birthrate, nationality, National ID,etc..... The HR manager should be able to upload employee attendance (Date,IN, OUT, WORK time, OT,DAY TYPE, LEAVE TYPE) from an excel file or ODBC connection. The web application should be able to generate payroll based on employee attendance or Fixed salary. The web application should be able to calculate taxes. I will provide formula to calculate taxes. Ex: - ONA: 6% Gross salary - FDU: 1% Gross salary - CASS: 1% Gross Salary etc.... The web application should provide option to apply taxes or not to employees The web application should pay employee OT 1.5 time the normal rate amount If an employee work during OFFDAY the web application should 1.5 time normal rate amount During HOLIDAY employee should be paid normal 8 hours. If the employee workk during HOLIDAY he should be paid 1.5 time normal rate amount. The web application should be able to handle ADVANCE on salary and refund on advance. Employee should be paid 8 hours for: - Sick Leave - National Holiday -Maternity - and other allow holidays The web application should be able to provide attendance sheet per employee ( I will provide format) and Pay slip per employee ( I will provide format) At the end of the year the web application should be able to calculate BONI per employee. In case an employee is not working in the company the web application should be able to calculate employee benefits ( I will provide formula) The web application should be able to provide employee taxe history ( I will provide format also)
