Build a 1 page MLM Website

Payouts - 2 weeks revenue sharing 15%. Need a design a 1 page MLM website. 1st 25$ Payout will after hosting the website and making a successful transaction + getting the code of webpage + getting the control panel & password. 2nd payout will be after 2nd week end from the date of hosting the webpage. This is actually the revenue sharing. This is a very simple website and I only will be spending 25$. Other bidders will be automatically rejected. The project will be only awarded to bidders who signs an NDA and shares a valid copy of their photo ID card having address. (I will share the NDA shortly)
