I am going to build a PPD site, but I don't want it to be a copy of others, like buying a PPD script and then changing small things. I need someone who would be up for that. I'd like it to have the following features: + Download statistics. + Offer optimization. + File/Link locker. + A clean and bright design. Fully responsive. I want it to be easy to use and the control panel to see the statistics to be mobile optimized. + I want the website to work with many CPA APIs. I still don't know, so we would add in the begining Adnooka and AWM and when I need more I pay you per API you implement to the website. This is related to the offer optimization. + Mass payments via Paypal for the users. + Proxy and fraud detection. + Phone verification before the users can cashout. + Members chat + And of course, a secure file hosting for the files that people upload. If you are interested in the project, I'd need an approximate price and how long it could take. Also tell me if you will do all the work or you need someone else to help you (i.e. hire a graphic designer). Offers from people that have an extended portfolio would be better considered.
