Create a Wordpress Template & Logo

I need to redesign my real estate brokerage website as well as create a new logo. It needs to be designed for Wordpress to be similar to this: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Having it viewable in a tablet or phone is a plus. I need 4 sections on the front-end: - home page that displays news (to be fed from an RSS feed) and a "Featured Listing", to be rotated in from those listings designated as "Featured". If no listings are designated as "Featured", then it will so a generic message (which needs to be able to be updated occasionally) - Listings page that includes a full list of listings, with condensed information for each. Links will direct to the Listing's details. Also needs to incorporate a map to show all listings. Listings need to be heavy on images (here is a good example of what information needs to be on the Listing Detail page: [login to view URL]) Listings will be divided into categories which should be displayed and sorted assuming a category has at least 1 listing. Categories: Commercial for Lease, Commercial for Sale, Residential for Lease, Residential for Sale - Contact Us: a simple form for generic submissions, to be emailed to a specified address. Name, email, phone (optional) message. Maintenance Request: another form for tenants to fill out and be emailed to 3 different email addresses at once. Name, email, phone, location, message. Upon successful submission, a message will be popped up saying "You will receive a response within 1 business day. If the matter is more urgent, please call XXX-XXX-XXXX" Back-end: - one interface with ability to enter data and images for Listings quickly. It should be streamlined and have the ability to place the listing on a map. - section to adjust RSS feed (change number of entries to show, etc) Pages need to be very media rich with lots of large and colorful pictures. Sometimes images will be different sizes, so a minimum image size needs to be specified so it won't distort. In addition to the website, I need a new logo designed. The current image is too "thin" and is not easily read on a sign. Something with contrast and incorporates the state of Texas and/or red, white, and blue. Logo to be delivered in Illustrator/vector format. Final version is a moving target so expect a lot of revisions.
