We have developed a exchange community in the past. I am just providing you a outline of the proposed system, please let us know your views. 1. admin manages products categories/sub categories. 2. free user sign up 3. users can post items under various categories that they want to exchange. The item will have picture and short desc. 4. These items can be browsed searched by the users. Users can make offer to another users. If they both agree then they exchange the items 5. rating and review after items are exchanged. 6. featured items: this is a paid service and users needs to pay to showcase their items in the features items spots. 7. admin panel for user managemnt and product/items managemnt.
