Design an amazing T-Shirt line

We are in the process of creating an amazing T-shirt line. This product line is based on our main character, which is a teddy bear. We'll be creating 15 different shirts for our first test. We are currently looking for a designer who can help us bring our ideas into the world. These 15 shirts will consist of a lot of visual details and colors- so we are looking for someone who can handle this kind of project. To start we will hire one graphic designer to take on the 1st T-shirt design as well as the design for our teddy bear character. Once the first design is finished, we will move on to the next 14 shirts. Here is a very brief overview of the first T-shirt idea: The first T-shirt idea is based on a snowy Christmas day. The shirt is an extension of Christmas eve, leading up to new years eve. We want our character playing the role of Santa. He will be dressed in a Santa suit with a Santa mask and vest that says "Merry Christmas World.. This bear will have a cool futuristic present gun that shoots out presents. With a city beneath it his sled, there is will be patches of light throughout the city. There will be details of houses, roads and other aspects of the city. There will also be other visuals in the sky such as shooting stars and a UFO/fighter jet. In the city below we would like there to be a fire with a fire truck already there. And at the end of a road a beautiful house that pops out. We would like there to be snow men, snow angels, and clothing from kids, such as: Hats, scarves, and gloves. Just like the other 14, this t-shirt will consist of a lot of details and concepts that match our ideas. Here are some other aspects to get you going.
