design a kiosk

i want to design a kiosk. a kiosk is a woden structure used in shopping malls to sell product. the product for the kiosk will be balloons and toys. the size of kiosk is about 1.5 meters by 4 meters. you can search the internet to get more ideas important, the kiosk must be able to house hilume cylinders ( about 2) and there should be a facility to have a balloon pump where the worker will inflate balloons for customers. you houlf think of how balloons will be displayed ( may be in blstic jars) also where toys will be pls make a simple design, that a carpenter can build, no use of fiberglas in the design. again search the internet for different kinds of kiosks to get ideas. . you need to make me a rough sketch from different angles. my budget is 30-50 $ only.
