I have written up a draft version of my newsletter. The topic is sustainability in agriculture. I would like to hire someone that can illustrate my newsletter and present it in a professional way. The draft content and pictures have been chosen by me already and been compiled in a way that it’s self explanatory. You will need to do few illustrations to make the point across in a reader friendly way. This is to go live and send to very important/high status professionals who live on this topic. Therefore it needs to be good and mistakes cannot be forgiven. Draft content is very roughly written in terms grammars and choice of words but have the key ingredients to make it good. The designer also needs to possess a good command of English. Grammatically correct with sense of logics.

My bid is based on the following assumptions. 1. The additional 'few illustrations' you are requesting will not be more than 5 illustrations. 2. I have also assumed our designer can format the newsletter in Adobe InDesign (our preferred layout application). The newsletter can easily be exported to PDF for distribution. 3. I have assumed the newsletter is no more than 10 pages in length. Please review our portfolio for examples of work.
