Design your own flowers online

Need a flash designer that also knows e commerce. The idea is for a bride getting married who can go to the site and drag and drop flowers to create her own bouquet of flowers for 99 cent for one design, then email it to her friends, coordinator or flower designer. She will have to put in her credit card info and pay through paypal or another merchant and then when payment is accepted she will be able to drag and drop. I will provide many flowers already masked in photoshop and would like them to view as a 3d model. When you drag and drop flowers, I would like the flowers when finished to be able to do a virtual 360 tour around the flowers to see all angles. Budget is $400.00 will only pay in full when shown finished project. Please give me links to your work where I can see your skills to prove you can do this kind of job.
