Build a Website using Wordpress Platform

Hello fellow freelancers! Please read my project description to the very end and bid ONLY if you can actually deliver what I am asking for within the exact time you tell you can do this. The more personal response you send me the better chances you have that I'll hire you. In your response I need to know why you are the best candidate for the job. I am looking for assistance with creation of a blog/website on Wordpress platform identical to smartpassiveincome. com. To avoid any copyright issues my website has to be done from scratch, but similar to smartpassiveincome. com 1. The same style, the same colour (no green though), the same font, the same text size, the same column size, the same widgets on the right, the same lines spacing and text aligning, etc; You should take extra care to ensure that no copyrights are infringed; 2. The website should look the same or nice on any internet searching platforms and readable from iphones and ipads; 3. It should be created on a wordpress platform and easy for me to navigate. It should be transfered to my provider (I already have the name for the website and the webhosting is all in place). 4. The website will be in two languages and should load automatically in a language of visitor’s country of origin; The blog reader should be able to switch to another language if s/he wants to. 5. At the end of each blog article five more articles of the similar type should automatically appear; 6. It should have two email subscription lists differentiated according to the subscriber’s language, which will let me send these two groups of subscribers two different newsletters (in two languages). 7. From my home page there should be a button which would lead to a very simple and straightforward landing page for the sale of my online book: page 1: explaining why they should buy - no buttons apart from ADD TO CART button. Second page - linked to paypal so that they can enter their payment details: again, no buttons, just only info necessary to finish the transaction and the third page - thank you page. no buttons, just a thank you page. These three pages should be in the same style and font as the main website. 8. My website should be safe and secure using the best and the most effective free wordpress security systems. My previous blog has been hacked. I would like to ensure that this will not happen this time. If its broken into again, I shall ask you to fix the problem at no extra cost.
