Build a business website

Objectives -Design and develop simple business web site (Asp.NET MVC/HTML5) for a IT consultancy company. -Design and develop the site using HTML5 with support for viewing on Desktop, Tablet and Mobile browsers based on the mockups provided ( see attached document). -The site would be very simple in terms of contents and would contain no more 4 content pages. (Home, Contact Us, About Us, Services) -For any server side based functionality, use Asp.NET MVC (such as routing, emailing etc) -I would like the overall site to look something minimal and functional without looking too busy or cluttered. Regarding the design of the site, I had done some investigation online and like the look of the following HTML5 templates online so something along the lines would be suitable: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] -Hand over all source code so that I can host it using a suitable Host and maintain any changes going forward. -Company Logo is not provided so you use a place holder text for now. -Wherever actual text content haven't been provided then use place holders which I will update later. (See attached word document for any static text content) -Use a common master page with a header and footer which is then used in other pages. -For any icons, use something free if possible from a suitable site ([login to view URL]). I see the site as being simple in functionality and content but would like the design to be consistent and minimal with what I have described already have mentioned above, so would like to review the design as early as possible and have a change to give any input before proceeding with creating the rest of the site. So if you like to go through any websites templates or review any existing sites for idea of how I want it look then let me know, only happy to go through anything at the start before building the rest of the content.
